Project Description

Constructed 2018

The building has been constructed with intention to be tenanted for allied health. It is next door to a medical centre, residential homes and within close proximity to a local school, with high foot traffic of children getting to and from school each weekday.

Health, work and safety was a top priority on this project. Scotty’s Building Developments lifted this project off the ground by being involved with council discussions, liaising with the town planners, organising applications to unity water, engaging a private certifier and submitting paperwork to obtain the building approval.

Services for phone lines were also applied for, with our own service plans drawn to meet NBN specifications. We were able to save our clients money by liaising with the engineers for a more cost-effective building. The building is constructed from tilt panel construction, whereby the concrete walls are made on the ground on-site and lifted to position with a crane. The roof material is BlueScope steel.

The internal floors, carpark and driveway areas are finished to a high quality. The glazing is sourced from a reputable local company, which delivered top quality glass and alloy powder coated in the owners chosen ColorBond colours. All internal fit out was completed by our in-house team of carpenters. We constructed the building to engineers design and within the development approval specifications, as passed by the private certifier.

Scotty’s Building Developments was proud to hand over yet another quality building with relevant warranties and paperwork, so the owner and future tenants have the absolute guarantee the building will stand the tests of time.
