This project was a challenging build, as it is in close proximity to the Caboolture River. Extra facilities were needed to ensure the site met environmental concerns and prevented any industrial run off into the nearby river. The project had a lot of council input and developmental challenges, with our business liaising and meeting with representatives to progress the project forward. A road upgrade was needed, with adequate drainage and underground water treatment facilities. Retaining walls were built and incorporated into the landscape design.

During the build, the client added a 250m2 awning across the front of the building, as well as the option for four extra tenancies if required (instead of the proposed single tenancy). We were able to incorporate the change of design, coordinating council, town planners, architect, steel and roofing, electrical redesign to satisfy this new requirement.

This project is a warehouse in Caboolture that has an internal area of approx. 3,000m2, including a mezzanine, kitchenette and bathroom facilities. The hardstand and driveway area is 2260m2. The landscaping area is 3300m2 that was completed in house to landscape plans.
